This beautifully updated condo is located at premier resort, The Beach Club, on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, a narrow, one mile, strip of land offering a natural beach with wildlife, incredible views, and a destination away from city streets. You are encouraged to view the locator map. This 3 bedroom/3 bath corner condo with a wrap-around balcony is located on the 8th floor of the Catalina Tower, a 16 story Gulf Front condominium.
The master bedroom, the living, dining and kitchen area have massive sliding glass doors which lead to the large balcony furnished with seating for dining or tanning, offering fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico and a sugar white sand beach! The kitchen is furnished with everything you might need to prepare most meals. Bring Spices, food and disposable products. The beds are made with white linen and bath linens are supplied. The washer/dryer is located in the foyer area. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer & cookware. Only a "One Day Supply" of toiletries/detergents/disposables for the kitchen & bathrooms provided. Shopping is close by for essentials.
CLUBHOUSE & AMENITIES:
Without any additional charges, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower, three boardwalks to the beach, a playground, basketball courts, and charcoal grills. You may patron the fine casual dining restaurant/bar and the salon, located in The Clubhouse and the sports bar and grill, coffee and ice cream shops, souvenir and beach gear shops located near the entry of the resort. Seasonally, you may rent lounges with umbrellas on the beach, rent bicycles & kayaks. The beach attendant will greet you and arrange the payment.
The owner of this condo is a member of the Clubhouse, so you will have access to the "Private" amenities, too, by paying a daily fee at The Clubhouse desk in person for the days you choose, if any. The daily fee is approximately $45 per day, but varies, depending on the number of days used, but it covers your entire party for that day not per person! The "Private" amenities include a seasonally heated beach side community outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, an indoor pool and a fitness center with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious locker rooms with showers and a sauna, children's activities, and access to the tennis courts.
There are typically 4 dining options during the peak season: Fine casual dining at the Coast Restaurant with a full bar on the second floor of The Clubhouse with a Gulf View, The Hide Away Sports Bar and Grill, Food Trucks for short order beside a volley ball net and live music near the entrance of the resort, and a Tiki Bar & Grill with seasonal live music at The Club House which requires a Clubhouse fee for entrance. Seasonally, a tram, runs all through the property so no need to drive!
