Our apartment suitable for family staycation which parents can enjoy the bonding time with their young one.
It is located in the Heart of Puchong and it is perfect 10 place to stay with.

The space
The unit comes with 2 bedrooms (2 Queen beds and 1 single bed).
The unit is fully equipped with air-conds, fan, water shower heaters, washing machine, fridge, microwave, water purifier and smart TV with YouTube/Netflix enable.
There are 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets and bathroom in the apartment, and there is a comfortable and spacious living room that can accommodate 5 people.The kitchen is equipped with utensils, ice kitchen, microwave, gas stove, and can cook simple food.
Guest access
1) 1 min walk to Giant Bandar Kinrara Mall ( Giant Hypermarket is located in front of Ten Kinrara)
2) 2 mins walk to Kinrara BK5 LRT Station
3) The property is connected within to the commercial shop lot, easy access to the shop via the car park. (Korean's Convenience Store CU, 9 kopitiam, Mixue at the same building)
4) 4 mins walk to Oldtown white coffee and Paparich.
5) 10 mins drive to IOI Mall.
6) 10 mins drive to Pavilion Bukit Jalil
7) 15 mins drive to Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon

Additional rules

- No Shoes in the apartment.
- No smoking in the apartment. RM300 cleaning fee will be imposed to any guests who violates the smoking policy.
- No party is allowed inside the apartment. No drunk-drinking/drugs in the apartment.
- No movement/re-arrangement of the furniture in the apartment without permission from the host.
- Guests shall be responsible for any damages /loss of the items/furniture in the apartment.
- Access card and keys need to be returned upon check out. RM 300 penalty will be imposed for any loss/damage of access card.
- All guests stay in must fully vaccinated. Rules by building management
