Well I would say calling 0 to get the shuttle service is a joke. Tried it numerous times and never got anyone to answer the phone. So we either had to drive our car to your restaurant or stand out by the shuttle station and hope they see you. Most of the time they did not. The other issue that we were surprised by was the TV in the bedroom is basically only useful if you have your own streaming service like Netflix. Plus the TV in the living room was out for over a day. We were told that you had numerous calls and would send a maintenance worker to check our tv. Clearly it was at the hub coming into the resort otherwise does anyone believe all the TV’s would die throughout the complex at the same time and believe it would be at individual units. It would also be helpful to tell the people where to go to get the beach towels. We enjoyed using the pool closest to our unit. It wasn’t a big deal because we did bring our own beach towels but it would be helpful.Overall we loved the complex and the cleaning personnel were excellent.

Beach across the street, pool fun for the kids, close to everything. Property manager was on top of everything. We will be back.

Excellent!!!!

Starting from communication with property manager to complete stay, excellently handled. Condo was as described in the pictures and very clean. Property was beautiful and commute in and out was very easy. Will definitely prefer for next visit.

Fantastic visit

We had a great week staying at the Divi Golf and Beach 1 bedroom condo. Everything was as described or better. Great location, lots of fun things to do, plenty of places for food and drinks. Claire and the property management team were outstanding. They quickly resolved any questions or issues we had. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again!

Amazing trip!

We could get into the all inclusive reports nearby so we booked this condo. Very clean and beautiful. Fresh towels everyday. Within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, pools and the beach. Shuttles always available too. Great host who resounded immediately. Totally recommend this condo.

Will use VRBO again!

I've never used VRBO and always booked through Jetblue vacations. I was a little nervous at first, but that fear vanished immediately after speaking to a representative. Upon arrival in Aruba, we were met by a representative at the lobby of the hotel, was given the keys and a quick rundown to the unit. She was amazing! The unit was beautiful, and clean, which is my number one concern. Any questions or concerns, which were none, a representative was quick in responding. I will definitely be using VRBO again.
