NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS - Violation of this rule may result in termination of your stay without a refund and a minimum $500 fine.

NO UNAPPROVED VISITORS - We do not allow any unapproved visitors during your stay. Violation of this rule will result in a $50 per visitor per day fee.

NO SMOKING - Smoking in the unit will result in an odor removal fee of $500 to cover the cost of odor removal and/or steam cleaning.

NO TAMPERING OF SAFETY DEVICES - Our property is equipped with smoke detectors, indoor smoking detectors, and sound alarms. Indoor smoking detectors will detect all tobacco and marijuana use. Sound monitors will set off an alarm at high decibels, but it is not recorded to invade privacy. Any tampering or removal of such devices will result in a $500 fine.

PARKING - Please park at your own risk. Neither the homeowners nor the managing team shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any vehicle.

OVERLY STAINED TOWELS/LINENS - Please refrain from using white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Fines for non-removable stains are as follows: Towels $5, Duvet cover $35, Flat sheets $20, Pillowcases $2, blankets $30, Duvet Insert $40, Pillows $25.

NO ANIMALS - Having animals in the unit at any time may result in termination of your stay without a refund, as well as a minimum sanitation fee of $150.

NO BUSINESS EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE ALLOWED - Guests are prohibited from bringing any additional equipment, furniture, or items for business use into the property without approval. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property without a refund.

NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - If guests are discovered engaging in any illegal activity, they will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the unit without a refund.

NO UNAUTHORIZED MAIL/PACKAGES - We do not allow anyone to receive mail or packages at our unit. If this rule is broken and you mail something to the property, we will not take any liability if your parcel has been lost or stolen.

PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the unit for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspection of the property.

QUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM every day, including holidays. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the unit without a refund, in addition to a minimum $100 fine.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTO/VIDEO SHOOTS ARE PROHIBITED - Unauthorized use of the rental property’s name, address, or images, including its interior, exterior, and/or private property surroundings, for any commercial use including but not limited to selling, advertising, marketing, and/or promotion of any product or business or use in any print, advertising, TV, film production, electronic, or other media, is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

ABANDONED BELONGINGS - Any belongings left behind in the unit after the guest checks out will be considered abandoned. If we have your belongings after your stay, the following charges will apply:

-$25 mailing fee separate from the cost of postage and storage fee.
-$25/day for storage fee.

RIGHT TO WITHHOLD GUEST`S SECURITY DEPOSIT - The management may withhold all or part of the deposit if the guest fails to follow the rules in this agreement, the property listing, or the property house manual. If the cost of damages, losses, or missing items exceeds the amount of the deposit, the management will bill the guest’s credit card for the difference and/or pursue legal action.

Causes for withholding deposit funds include, but are not limited to:

-Damage to premises or its contents.
-Missing or broken items.
-Required excessive cleaning.
-Not complying fully with the departure checklist.
-Trespassing on neighboring properties.

Perfect for us

The house was perfect for our family, long weekend stay. Spacious and clean, w comfortable beds and linens, plenty of closet space, sufficient hangers (sounds minor, but this was literally the first place Ive been able to unpack and hang my clothes) laundry machines, etc. Nice open area out back, quiet neighborhood, good interent, easy parking. Lots of friendly proactive communication from the rental team! I would book again.

Easter Stay

Home was in a good location. Overall, it was a great place and nicely stocked. Photos accurately depict the home however when staying the furnishings seem sparse. There is a lot of space in the living room which could've used a comfortable chair to watch TV instead of just the sofa. Bedrooms could also use a chair for reading or sitting while putting socks on. We loved the minimalist look but definitely would have appreciated a couple of relaxing chairs.

Perfect for a quick visit with Family.

Very centrally located for all the family we needed to visit. The house is beautifully renovated and the mini splits in each room made it so everyone was comfortable. Very well set up and clean. The kitchen is well labeled and has everything you could need. The circle ice was a favorite of our kids. Check in was easy. Parking is a little tight but that was probably due to the huge rental we had. The gate was nice to have in the front. Overall a great experience.

this place is better than expected

I have stayed in a lot of vrbo's in each one I was able to pinpoint some deficiency compared to the description. Until this one. The remodel job they've done on this house is absolutely beautiful. It is nicer than the nicest hotels we usually stay in. the quality of the remodel looked beautiful the bathrooms were amazing the kitchen was gorgeous it was appointed with everything we needed. The appliances are all brand new the dishes and kitchen supplies all matched and were beautiful. The laundry equipment was great the heating and cooling system was amazing the beds were comfortable it was very clean. I will be reserving this spot again as we travel to the area often.
