Great stay

A great, spacious place with a wonderful location and a terrific view of the mountain. The heated garage was also a nice plus when we left this morning and it was 6 degrees out, and no snow to clear off the car!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No consistent hot water and should not have to be taking a cold shower. No tv service. We had maintenance come over and they couldn’t get the tv to work. I would not recommend this property.
VrboOwner a répondu le 22 juill. 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry your stay didn't meet expectations. We understand how frustrating inconsistent hot water and TV issues can be. Our team responded during your stay to troubleshoot the television, and we're sorry we weren't able to get it resolved before your departure. We're also continuing to work with the building to address the hot water issue so future guests don't experience the same problem. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we're sorry we fell short of providing the experience we aim for.

This was a lovely visit with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the shower felt great! We appreciated all of the space for our disabled son's wheelchair. The property was very accessible for him. The management moved the bed for even easier access for us. Thank you!

The place was great - really lovely, very well decorated and equipped, and the building and property itself was great. We had a few issues with not having any water in the unit one evening, but apparently that was the property management company replacing a boiler for start of summer season resulting in no water for a while in our unit. But, they were responsive and came out fairly quickly and got it working again. I had also called the property management company at the start of our stay because the hot tub was so hot that it was unusable; it took a few days but they came out and serviced the whole thing and reset the water temperature.

Thanks so much for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the condo, the decor, and the property overall. We appreciate your patience with the temporary water interruption, but we're glad we could get everything back up and running quickly. We're also sorry the hot tub wasn't at the right temperature at the start of your stay. Since the hot tub is maintained by the building management rather than our team, it took a little longer than we'd have liked for them to complete the service. Thank you for your patience while they got everything back to normal. We hope to welcome you back to Crested Butte again soon!

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect condo for our family with plenty of space. It was very clean which is important to us especially during COVID. The only things that we felt that could be improved was the fireplace and both patio locks. The fire place did not work, the door lock to the patio barely worked and the patio sliding door lock was barely latching. A beautiful place and area. We can’t wait to go back!

Overall good, but a few specific things were not good. The humidifier filters were black with mold and no spare filters available. The ski storage was completely inadequate for 5 people. The locker accommodates two sets only, yet the unit sleeps six. Makes no sense. The hot was quite dirty.
Séjour de 6 nuits en février 2026
VrboOwner a répondu le 11 mars 2026
We’re sorry about the humidifier filter condition. That’s something we’ve addressed with our housekeeping team to make sure filters are checked and replaced regularly. We also understand the ski locker space can feel tight for larger groups. Those lockers are building-provided and unfortunately sized the same for every unit. We appreciate you letting us know about the hot tub as well, and we’ll pass that along so it can be looked at. Thanks again for staying with us and for sharing the feedback.

Very good choice for Crested Butte Ski Trip

We were very pleased with our stay in this condo. Furnishings, beds and cleanliness all very good. Kitchen well equipped. Just a short walk across the street thru West Wall Bldg to the lifts. Not slopeside but definately ski in/out and right on bus route. Check in was at Three Seasons Condo Bldg in 2021 but seems to change-make sure you call mgmt before you arrive to prevent confusion as there is no office at bldg. Nice heated underground garage was a real perk. We will stay here again!

A wonderful ski vacation in March

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 really enjoyed our ski vacation in Black Bear 210. Access to the slopes was very convenient and to the shuttle to get access to the town of Crested Butte. The condo was perfect with only one issue related to skiing: the unit is sized for 6 people, but we were only given access to one locker. The locker is really only made for 3 sets of adult skis and boots.Despite that one minor issue, we would definitely return.

Property is exceptional! Highly recommend.

This property was exceptional! Highly recommend! Beautiful and just like online. The property management company, however, was a dissapointment. All of the codes they gave us for entry were incorrect. We could not access the parking garage or access the building. Luckily we ran into someone who had the correct codes. And operator on call was not helpful. Recommend double verifying all entry codes prior to stay.
