In addition to a wonderful and unbeatable location, you are also granted access to the resort's community amenities which include a dock, a hot tub, an outdoor pool, a BBQ area with charcoal grills by the canal, and a cabana. Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and the sight of endless waters from your private balcony. Sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking! Inside, the open floor plan seamlessly combines all living spaces into one - perfect for entertaining! Wind down in the living area as you stream a favorite movie or show on the smart TV with streaming and cable, or put on the chef's apron and surprise your loved ones with their favorite recipes prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen enjoys all stainless steel appliances and a Nespresso coffee maker. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and TVs in both bedrooms.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming is available using your own accounts.
The first floor of the home is elevated and requires stairs to access.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
