Units includes two double beds, small kitchen sink area with dishes and dining space for 2, microwave, mini fridge, RoKu TV, Keurig coffee maker, all linens (not beach towels) and private bathroom-Note** Not all units look the same!! Guests have access to 2 pools on the property and a lounging patio, BBQ grill and outdoor games. The beach and boardwalk are about 2 blocks away-just a short walk! Restaurants are within walking distance along with local shops and must see attractions. Pets are not allowed in these rooms.

The pools were very nice! Walking to the beach was fast and easy! The only problem was the bathroom was disgusting, mold all around the water handles and shower head also on the ceiling.

Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was nice, also loved the game area under the car port. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property was walking distance from beach and other attractions. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing place with everything within walking distance

My stay was amazingly amazing property management is 100 out of 10 helpful responsive and all in all amazing services room was amazing regardless of the renovation next door you don’t hear a single thing from the rooms state park a road behind was amazing for my 2 year old Kate’s pancake house was an amazing bang on the budget definitely will make this place one I’ll look forward to booking thank for making my 32nd birthday a breeze

Easy Access

The stay was wonderful. The property was clean. The area was quiet for the most part. The beach and restaurants are walking distance which was nice. I definitely recommend.

Pictures are a bit deceptive, not very clean we had makeup on the shower curtain, bed spread was dirty and needed changing, beds were horrible to sleep on( mattress's sucked) pool was open until 9 we arrived at a little after 7 both pools were full of sand. We did contact the host and they got back to us promptly said they would change out the dirty things at 9 am the next day not acceptable. Will not stay again and couldn’t wait to leave this morning . I went off the photos and reviews WOW!!

The property manager was so awesome. The place is walking distance to everything. All u need is a mini air fryer and the suite is as good ad being home cooking meals lol. Will return had a great time Thank you

Staying cool at Dry Dock!

My friend and I wanted to do a quick getaway and were lucky to find a 2-bed unit at the Dry Dock Inn in Carolina Beach. We were pleased to doscover two parking lots and two pools—one of each was close to our assigned room. The public beach access is also a short walk and has a convenient ramp! The room was spacious and included basic amenities; however, there were very few hooks to hang wet beach/bath towels and only one dresser in the main living space instead of the separate bedroom. It would be great to have more hooks! The door lock malfunctioned on our second day but the front desk staff was helpful with providing a temporary code. One hint to future renters: bring CASH if you plan to visit CB ice cream shops!! Fortunately, the Italian Ice vendor on the beach accepts digital payments like Venmo, Apple Pay, etc.
