Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please inquire directly with us for a local company that rents, delivers, and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. There is no garage access. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools. Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.

Waikoloa Colony Villas #101 is in Building 1 just steps from the pool! Property updated in October 2023 with new luxury vinyl and carpet, cabinets, sleeper sofa, TVâs and other finishings.
#101 is a two-story end unit with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The master bedroom and bath are located upstairs, and guest bedroom located on the ground floor. One assigned parking spot. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation! The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close to the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queensâ Marketplace shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kingsâ Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoâomalu Bay Beach is a few minutesâ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas with ample public parking nearby.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic âstart-up supplyâ of laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
