Eagles Nest on Red Cedar is a relaxing lakefront vacation rental at Tagalong Resort. This efficiency condo features modern amenities, a pool, hot tub and fitness center, onsite bar and restaurant and golf course. You can spend the day soaking up the Wisconsin sunshine on Red Cedar Lake or if you prefer to enjoy the beautiful Wisconsin Northwoods by land, bring your UTV or ATV and enjoy the trails. Birchwood is located 25 minutes north of Rice Lake; 30 minutes east of Spooner, and 35 minutes south of Hayward. There is something to do in the Birchwood, WI area year round, from fishing on the Red Cedar Chain of Lakes,(Red Cedar, Balsam, Hemlock) and various other area lakes, boating, hiking the Ice Age Trail, biking, golfing at Tagalong Golf Course (a Scottish Style 18-hole course), snowmobiling, cross country skiing, or checking out the specialty shops in the area, NOTE: This condo can be rented along with 431A (listed seperately) to accomodate a larger group.

All is as pictured. Pool/ hot tub was nice. Room walls are paper thin (uninsulated for sound) you can hear people talking, t.v.’s, plain as day all around you. Not private at all.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and included everything we needed. There were a couple things that took away from our experience. The hallway window sills had hundreds of dead flies and the plants were dead or nearly dead. On the last day the elevator ceased to work. I am guessing that these are more of a condo association oversight.

Never saw one employee of the resort other than the guy in the golf shop. Hardly anyone at the resort in general. IT WAS SO AWESOME! Fishing was phenomenal, golf was great. So relaxing. Can't wait to go back.

We are always looking for a place to stay on the lake while visiting friends. It worked perfect for our situation. We mostly just slept there, but it was clean and comfortable and enjoyed having the cup of coffee in the room to start my day.

Nice room with a great view. I will say that bed was very hard and seemed to be smaller than a queen. Other than that, we had no issues besides the AC unit having a hard time cooling the room. We would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful stay!

We loved it - the condo was perfect. We went ATVing and the trails are very convenient to this area. The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay there again. Location was fantastic.

My husband and I celebrated our 38 wedding anniversary at Tagalong golf resort. We enjoyed the view, wildlife, pool and hot tub. sitting on the balcony with perfect view of the night sky. We were a bit confused about the check in process. We misread the directions, and went to the wrong building initally, but figured it out after starting from the beginning again.
