Luxury Historical Downtown Mckinney resort home POOL and HOT TUB

Mckinney Downtown Bungalow is a beautiful home with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor pizza oven all within the historic district of downtown Mckinney! We are a 7 minute walk from all the shops, restaurants, and festivities downtown Mckinney has to offer! Whether cozying by the fireplace before heading to a festival, or enjoying family time in the resort backyard before walking downtown for dinner, you have the best of all worlds in our home!

There is a sun room with chairs and a TV as you enter, and an office with a full size sofa bed, books, TV and office desk. As you walk through this beautiful historic home that has been updated top to bottom, the table that seats 8, the island that seats 3 and full gorgeous kitchen beckon you to throw together something delicious! Please note, this home is lived in, so there WILL be food items.
The huge sectional sofa, chair and cozy fireplace await family gatherings or late night movies. Upgraded appliances make the stay a dream.
You can choose to go upstairs, or continue to the laundry room which then opens up to the patio area. The chairs and table are perfect for coffee, as well as the grill overlook a courtyard area with a cute French bistro set, which then overlooks the beautiful pool and hot tub! Lots of pool chaise loungers surround the pool, and then you step down into a gorgeous area with an 8 seating dining table, huge metal fire pit area, and a stone pizza oven and outdoor fireplace for those chilly nights making homemade pizza under the trees!
Inside, the Primary King bedroom has doors that open up to that same patio, privately, along with a full beautiful primary bathroom, a big tub and big separate shower. (please note, the closet will be locked off with the owners items, and drawers have owners items in them as well)

A half bath is in the hallway before the stairs as well.

Upstairs is a huge game room ready with a big screen TV ready for movie night, pull out queen bed, and lots of space! A closet with board games and baby items await family night in!
Three bedrooms are also upstairs. A jack and Jill bathroom separates to roomy full size bedrooms, a linen closet, and a big beautiful shower between them.
Another large bedroom with a queen bed is tucked further back, with a full bathroom just outside of it in the hallway with a bathtub, shower combo. Please note again, this home is lived in, so closets have owners items, drawers and cabinets as well).

Our home has the feel of a resort, close to historic downtown Mckinney, a 7 min walk away for all the festivities, restaurants, shops and fun! The adorable trolley will take you to/from both sides of our Downtown Mckinney area for free, all weekend long. The owners have other 5 star rated properties as super hosts, and Bob and Treva are ready and willing to answer any text or call for anything you could possibly want or need! We do ask that you, or any guest staying, take care of our home as it is our primary residence.
