We love staying here! It is great for the school group that I bring. There is something for everyone to do and the host is friendly and very helpful.

It was a great property for our group! Everyone had a fantastic time. The only issue we had were some ants in two of the 45 beds but we made it work!

Following the heavy rains, we immediately performed a deep cleaning and thoroughly treated both the interior and exterior of the home. i cannot express enough how awesome this property was for the 23 members of our high school baseball team all week. The property allowed for everything we needed. Plenty of bedroom space, the hitting facility, basketball court, pool and arcade were in use everyday and allowed us to enjoy one another without feeling we were crammed for space. The property owner was in constant contact with us for all of our needs and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this property for any team function and extended stay. Thank you so very much for an unbelievably blessed week!!!

The PERFECT staycation!

Cannot express how much everyone loved staying here! the PERFECT spot for parents to do a trip with the kids but feel like kids weren’t even apart of the trip! Cannot wait to do another trip! Thank you, host!

The ultimate resort for team bonding. The River Quay Bombers baseball team spent the weekend at the ranch. This house has limited televisions, which is great because it has everything else. The kids were so busy with all the activities on property that they hardly look at any electronics. Our group had about 15 boys and they spent the entire weekend swimming, playing basketball, practicing baseball, warming up for their games and enjoying the outdoors. This house is cleverly decorated and designed to optimize space. The host was very accommodating and even had a van that we rented for our group. We would give this place 10 stars if that was an option.

This is our second time coming here and we would like to come every year. My students loved it. There were so many things for them to do that provided hours of fun. The host is responsive, helpful, and goes above and beyond to help make the stay a great one.

Staff Retreat Success!

The property exceeded our expectations! We stayed here for a staff retreat and hope to return. Everything was clean, well stocked and of high quality - the mattresses were even comfortable! We were thrilled with our stay here! The host was very friendly and helpful! Everything was clean. There was so much for my students to do. They loved playing the games, swimming, and playing basketball. We highly recommend this house.

Fabulous place for large groups!

The property was perfect for our large group: lots of things to do, spaces to hang out in, and room to sleep and be comfortable. The place was very well maintained, supplied, and clean! We loved the pool, ping pong, and basketball. Some minor issues with people coming to use the batting cages, but hopefully that's been addressed. Some bathrooms were a little far from rooms but manageable. Very close to all Katy had to offer.

Great location for a senior class trip

We took 38 seniors and 7 staff members to the ranch for 4 days and 3 nights on our Senior Class trip to Houston. The ranch had everything we could want and more. The communication with our host was quick and easy, and if any minor issue arose, it was taken care of immediately. We felt very safe in the location and it was easily accessible. There was ample parking for our bus and SUV, with no worry of bothering the neighbors. Our students enjoyed the amenities and were very happy with their stay. The instructions for everything were clear and if there was ever a question on something, it was quickly answered. We definitely would enjoy staying here again. There was so much space for our students to explore and hangout in without being crowded. I would definitely recommend this place to any large group to stay. It was a lot of fun and very comfortable.

The Best Large Group House !

This property exceeded expectations. The owner had everything perfect and paid attention to every detail! WE had a group of over 30 High School Seniors and 4 couples chaperoning a Prom House weekend.Sleeping Accommodations were PERFECT with everyone having a comfortable bed to themselves. The upstairs room with 16 beds was ideal for the boys while the girls were grouped in their own rooms downstairs and the chaperoning parents each had their own room. Bunk beds were ideal and allowed for plenty of room spaced with a very large gap between the top and bottom beds.The kids absolutely loved the pool, spa, game room and barn area with the ping pong table and open field to play. The boys also enjoyed the private Outdoor shower and bathroom! The parents and kids had nothing to say but positive comments and also being that we were from Houston, it was an ideal 30 minute commute there and back.Highly recommended for larger group gatherings.

This property is absolutely amazing. We had a large group of teenagers and they had plenty to do and a lot of room to do it in. They were throughly entertained the whole time. Everyone had their own bed. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The location was perfect. No close neighbors so noise wasn’t an issue. These kids were able to have fun and feel like they had their own space. The only request I have would be that the second refrigerator was available for use. We had a lot of food but not a lot of room to put it. Otherwise, I would recommend to anyone.

I also wanted to sincerely thank you for the feedback regarding refrigerator space. We always want to make sure our guests have everything they need. For future reference, in addition to the main high-end refrigerator in the kitchen, we do offer a beverage fridge at the bar and a small commercial unit in the back building to help with extra storage. Regarding the unit in the laundry room, that is currently reserved for our private stock and professional catering supplies for our full-service events, which is why it was locked. We do try to keep it available much of the year. However, we are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience and will certainly keep your comments in mind as we evaluate our amenities.
