Ideally located mere steps from the gondola in the heart of Mountain Village, this warm and inviting condo brings comfort and convenience to a gorgeous alpine setting. Winter or summer, skier or mountain biker, this is exactly where you want to be.
This first-floor condo sits a quarter-mile stroll from the Mountain Village Station for the free gondola, which seamlessly connects you to downtown Telluride. So much is within an easy walk, from the Village Express Lift and Telluride Bike Park to an array of restaurants, shops, and apres-ski spots in Mountain Village.
Begin summer and autumn mornings outside on the deck, sipping your coffee among quivering aspens and watching the sunrise illuminate the mountains. It's a beautiful spot to return to in the afternoons, with a gas grill, an outdoor table, and a private hot tub for scenic soaks at golden hour.
The interior has all the ambience of a classic mountain cabin, from the lofty ceilings and exposed beams to the crackling fireplace encased in stone. Curl up in plush seats to watch movies (via cable and streaming) in the living room, prepare hearty meals in the open kitchen, and linger around the dining room table for coffee and card games in the evenings. At night, find two full bathrooms to pair with the two bedrooms, each with its own TV.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

It was the perfect location in Mountain Village to get around. The condo has a wonderful patio with privacy. We enjoyed it and will definitely be booking this for next summer!

Enjoyed the fall color!
Location was a very short walk to the gondola which made for easy access from mountain village to telluride. Place was very clean and well appointed. Upon check in, we had a follow up text to make sure everything so communication was good. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great Location and Super Comfy!
Loved the private hot tub on deck, the cozy mountain decor and being just steps away from the gondola and restaurants! We also appreciated the free use of festival chairs from The Clubhouse - saved us from having to buy or rent them for the weekend! The Clubhouse is managed by Vacasa and is a little hard to find, so just ask the information person at the base of the gondola to direct you there.

Amazing location
The location of this rental simply cannot be beat. Access to the mountain, village center, the gondolas (to telluride and the market), and the slopes was great. A private hot tub was also a nice bonus after a long day of skiing.
Beds were comfortable. Unit was warm. Kitchen well stocked with all one would need to prepare own meals.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Don’t stay here or do business with this company
We walked in to a construction zone. The patio is covered in scaffolding and construction equipment with workers around on the patio all day. There was construction debris everywhere which was unsafe for our family. We begged for assistance every day of our stay with no response. The windows are broken and one cannot be closed so we had to breathe in outside cigarette smoke from the workers and construction dust. This unit is outdated and many things including humidifiers do not work. Our vacation was ruined by the/company’s lack of response. We requested a refund with no response. Do not stay here.
