This family-friendly escapade enjoys a spacious and bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one - ideal for entertaining! Whip up delicious recipes in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and a cute coffee station with Keurig and drip coffee makers. Then, retreat to the inviting living room furnished with comfy sofas, a fireplace, and a smart TV with streaming services to keep you entertained. If you are more into board games, you are provided with Jenga, The Game of Life, and Happy Salmon. The back patio that can be accessed through the living room is ideal for alfresco meals with beautiful views. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and two beach chairs.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
