Visited in last week of December 2025. Mark was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is amazing. Great view of the ocean. The property is part of Aquarius resort and has access to the pool and jacuzzi. The room was clean and had microwave and refrigerator and plates cups etc, which was very useful. Definitely recommend this property...

Everything we needed !

Last of our three places to stay and was just perfect-ocean sunset, pool, music, food and casino. All amenities so close. We will definitely be back to stay here to visit other side of island next time xoxo gracias

Jerome . Sir the power outage, was during middle of day and beautiful day .. Middle of the Day .. In fact you stated that it was ok and understood- No worry Updates had to be reviewed , shown in. Person and inspected these billing for & by International Hotel Standards and Rule of Law including Tourism Puerto Rico Law .. They require and mandate work to be inspected the ASAP and 1st Available for Inspection & Inspector to properly preform and report onward .. Again sir, It was For both Hilton International and Aquarius Family safety standards and reliability.. We wish you had at least responded to multiple calls and platform attempts to reach you .. 1st power outage was quickly fix and the inspection inspector had to come and a complete review was required.. In over 6 years we have never had any issues with clients in the past with hundreds of reviews for our property.. Inconvenient- yes sir- Inspection time required Absolutely- Again during the middle of day .. only for a very short times for repair and inspection Sorry you never responded to our attempts to provide insight, path forward , lastly what the hotel offered - to clients.. Have a Blessed Day,

Our room hot water heater broke in an deluxe apartment after 7 days and then we waited a whole day in the room waiting to be changed only to a lousy room which the tv did not work then waited for it to be fixed, they called the manager and she did not respond, staff wanted to put us in another deluxe but needed manager approval and did not get it!!
