EVERYONE thought the Color House was PERFECT! Something for all ages. It was stocked with all our needs! We highly recommend this for your next large event!!! The owners thought of everything in the planning of this house.

This house is by far the BEST house we have stayed in. The house is extremely well equipped with everything (2 of most kitchen items). The kitchen has many spices also. It is a fun house with so much to do! Large TVs for family down time. We loved the dining area to put the tables together for games. The pool with the slide and basketball was so much fun. There is so many balconies and places to go for alone time. Walmart is 5 miles away so planning food options is easy. This house and area has been one of our greatest destinations!

The Color House was a fantastic experience for our entire group of 22 friends and family. It's not only a really fun place to stay, but the hosts have thought of every detail. And they were so helpful and communicative leading up and during our stay. We would 1000% stay here again.

Golf trip

Excellent location just minutes from the best courses St. George has to offer. The house is made for trips with your friends and family and I would recommended it to anyone looking to have a good time in a great location.

The Color House did not dissappoint! Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with essentials that made cooking for the crew so easy. 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers and two stoves were a god send. Game room, backyard, gaming systems and pool made our time together so comfortable and fun. Oh and the owners were very responsive and checked on us periodically. Highly recommend!

1st Annual Family Reunion

We had a fantastic time staying at the Color House! You know it's a good vacation when everyone says.... "I wish we could live at that house forever!" It had everything we needed and accommodated a large number of people. We didn't even need to leave the property to have a blast!

Great house and location.

It was a very nice house and property. The pool wasn’t working when we got there but as soon as the host was notified the pool people worked on it until it was fixed. Host was great to work with. Would rent again.

Amazing property! Excellent layout that allows space to gather, but also enough common areas for people to spread out. Heating the pool was completely worth it- kiddos spent hours in it! Kitchen was the best stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed at. Lots of seasonings and other things that made it feel like home. Home is even nicer than the photos. Very convenient to parks. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

I rent a lot of homes for my family and this is the one of most thought out rental house I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not only fun with the games and toys and pool and and and…but also very functional and practical. We’ve stayed here for a family reunion 2 years in a row and my son already asked if we could go back again. I’m betting we will be.

Great place for big groups

We had a wonderful experience staying at The Color House with family and friends. We intended to be biking most of the time during our stay... but thanks to a heat wave, we decided to spend the majority of our trip enjoying the pool. Not a bad plan b!!!!

Color house!!!!

We stayed at the color house over the weekend and let me tell you that place is amazing. Great location, close to golf courses and the lakes! Swimming pool and hot tub were so much fun. Our kids did not want to get out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in St. George area!!!

The perfect place to ring in 2024!

Everything about this house was perfect! Super clean, well stocked and enough space for 6 families. Tucked away in a charming neighborhood, the house has incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Between the pool, hot tub and two game rooms there was so much fun to be had for adults and the kids. The owners were very easy to work with and the entire process was easy. Highly recommend this property!

It was laid out well. The kitchen was very well stocked to cook for our large group. Good variety of cooking tools. Very close to Walmart. Fun pool, very nice. Make sure to ask for it to be heated if you go in the fall or winter, we did and the temperature was nice. Well planned bedrooms and good distance from kids. Great area. 5 Star. Nice TVs. Something for everyone.

3 generation family gathering

The bedrooms worked well for 3 couples, 1 single adult and 7 children, 6-16 years old. Loved the pool. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted with equipment for all of our meals. Location was convenient for water play, hiking and cycling. Plenty activities for children when they weren’t in the pool.Thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Sakura’s in St. George and Little Mermaid at Tuacahn one evening.

Great house close to Sand Hollow State Park

We stayed at the Color House for 5 nights with 6 adults, 8 kids and 2 babies. Everyone had their own space and privacy. Never had any issues, everything worked well, never waited for a washer/dryer since there are 3! The pool was awesome and everyone had a great time. Would highly recommend to any large group of families.

We absolutely loved this house. It was well stocked for a large group and had so many great things to keep kids and adults alike entertained. Fabulous house! We loved the setup and the room options for our family reunion group of 33. Plenty of space, plenty of games and activities (of course we spent 80% of the time in the pool). Even the pool was so well thought out with its design for all ages. We loved that there was plenty of dining seating so we could all eat together in one area. The host was SO quick to respond to any questions/concerns and was very helpful. We would love to stay here again in the future. The only slight drawback was noticing that some deep cleaning got missed by the cleaners after previous tenants (upon arrival we found trash and crumbs under some couches and beds; the pantry shelves had dust and sticky food spills on them that we took about 30 minutes to clean up ourselves before we put our own items in there). Also one of their gaming systems the kids were excited to play on was broken by previous users, but it was okay for our stay because we had brought another gaming system ourselves to use, which is what we ended up using. Through all of this the host was very courteous and gracious, so it doesn't turn us away from wanting to come again.

Best Vacation Ever!

In the words of my 5 yo grandson, “This was the best vacation ever!”. The whole family loved staying at this house. We had an age range from one to 82.We had plans to visit the surrounding parks and other attractions, but ended up just staying at the house because there was so much to do there. The soda bar was a big hit and everyone enjoyed following the recipe book to make a new drinks. The pool was perfect and even the littles had a great time splashing around in the shallow end and even getting brave enough to conquer the slide. When the kids weren’t swimming they were having a blast in the game rooms.We would definitely stay here again!
