Gulf Shores Home - prime location; walk to the beach, dining & shopping

Perfect Gulf Shores location. Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom home with 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom that comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Located in the popular East Beach neighborhood in walking distance to public beach access (0.3 mile). Walk to restaurants, shopping, attractions, etc.! Kitchen is equipped with new kitchen appliances and stocked with kitchenware. There is a dining area, living area, and outside sun decks on the front and back of the property. A relaxing vacation awaits!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
* Free guest parking - space for 3 vehicles on site
* Amenities include free WIFI, smart TV's, fully equipped kitchen, sun deck.
* Bed/bath linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

* Must be at least 25 years old to reserve.
* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later.

Excellent location, just a short 5 minute walk to the public beach. Also close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed being able to rinse off at the outdoor shower after a day at the beach!

Great Location

Such a prime spot so close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Loved that it was in walking distance of the beach! And just a short drive down to Orange beach with even more restaurants and shopping. My family and I would definitely book again, plenty of space for a family of 5 or 6.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and in one of the best locations in Gulf Shores. You are within walking distance to the hangout and very close to a beach access. Perfect for a quick getaway to the gulf.

Relaxing

The stay at this location was great. The house was clean, well furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Process was simple and accommodations were perfect for the four of us. Stores and beach areas were very close and easy to get to.

Close to the beach and nice bedrooms.

The property was very nice and clean . We had a couple of maintenance issues the first day and the host was very quick and responsive to fixing the issue. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great runaway

Just an impromptu getaway for the wife and myself. Close to everything and surprisingly quite for the location. Very clean and comfortable. Hopefully will be available if we decide to do this again last minute.

Great location and a good spot for activities

The location of this place is perfect for beach goers. It is a very short walk to the water—five minutes or so. It is also not too far to the hustle and bustle of the Gulf Shores beachfront activities—20 minute walk or so. It is a good house for a family vacation as well. Plenty of space and room for everyone to spread out. No one felt crowded and everyone had their own space. The one down side to all of it has nothing to do with the property itself. The neighborhood is on the noisy side. There were loud cars and loud music that passed by almost nightly. I am assuming they were cars trying to avoid Beach Blvd for one reason or another. This was coupled with neighbors doing yard work at 6am one morning. It isn’t the fault of the rental, but I did find a negative aspect to being in a great location. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.
