Welcome to our newly remodeled Utah Basecamp! This spacious home is designed for groups who love to play, relax, and make memories together. Inside, you’ll find billiards, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, a basketball shooting game, and two large gathering areas with 65-inch smart TVs—plenty of room for adults, teens, and kids to spread out and have fun.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis with breathtaking views of Mount Timpanogos. Soak in the hot tub under the stars, challenge your crew on the brand-new pickleball and basketball court, or gather around the fire pit for s’mores. Need a bigger field for volleyball, frisbee, or a picnic? Martin Park is just two houses away, complete with a playground, pavilion, and wide-open green space.

And when adventure calls, this is the ultimate basecamp. You’re only 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 20 minutes from Provo Canyon, and 30 minutes from world-class skiing and hiking in Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. Utah County is packed with family-friendly activities, and you’ll be right in the middle of it all.

Experience was amazing, bedrooms are well organized, kitchen provided all the amenities, hot tub clean, bathrooms provided self care products, on the gaming room just the air hockey game is not working but overall it was really comfortable

Great Family place

This is a great home for a big group where there are lots of fun things to do. We spent many hours in the hot tub, playing pool and volleyball. The only complaint is that it was advertised for a big group with a stalked kitchen, but it was not as equipped as I was expecting for a large group. I had to go get many things in order to make meals. We played lots of pingpong, but the paddles were all worn out. Other than that, it was really great.

Great Home! Cozy! Owners/Managers were AMAZING!

Great home just outside the city but with convenience to everything. Lots of spaces for our family and friends. It was clean and very cozy. The renters before us really abused the property and the owners went out of their way to get it all cleaned and ready for us and even checked on us daily. They even went as far as draining and scrubbing and refilling the water in the hot tub
WOW! Could have easily said it was broke, but went the extra mile. We would stay here again not questions! Great Job Tanner!!!

Large Family Getaway

It was nice having a ping pong table and pool table especially for my older children to play with. It also worked out great to have almost a separate living space complete with bathroom and kitchen for my son and daughter-in-law and their 7 month old!
