The apartment is on the second floor. There are 20 steps up to the apartment.

There is plenty of free parking in the apartment buildings parking lot.

The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials including an electric tea kettle, coffee marker, utensils, pots and pans, etc. The kitchen includes full size refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. There is NO dishwasher.

No cable provided but feel free to login to your preferred streaming service.

One bedroom has a king size bed and the second has 2 double beds.

Jack & Jill bathroom.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the home. Free to our guest. Must bring own laundry detergent/pods.

There is window units throughout the unit. No central AC.

No smoking, no pets, no parties.

Other things to note: The property sits just a block from the fire station. You may hear the fire trucks during your stay.

This is a quiet, small town, residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of noise levels especially after 9 pm as there are long term tenants on 1st floor.

There is a camera facing the front door. It records video and audio. This is the ONLY recording device on the property.
