Guests will have access to a differentiated, modern, organized, very well-equipped, excellently located and safe place.
The property has a useful area of 161m² and has a bedroom with a QUEEN bed and AC SPLIT, a bedroom with two SINGLE beds and AC SPLIT and a living room equipped with Smart TV and AC.

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.

- Balcony with large wooded backyard and barbecue area

- All beds have full linen.
- All guests have a bath towel and a face towel.
