Lovely Studio Apartment
Lovely cozy studio apartment in the lower level of our single family home. It is a cozy unit suited best for a single person. please note we do not allow pets. Utilities included: wifi, heat, electricity, water. There is no cable or T.V. but you can stream on your computer or bring a television to stream.
Has private entrance at the back of home.
Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, and electric induction cooktop. Pots, pans, dishes, and utensils provided.
Double bed with linens.
Private bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.
We request a $250 cleaning fee that will be refunded at the end of your stay if space is left in the same condition it was found.
