Pack N play in Queen with large sectional sofa in living room. We’ve plenty of outlets to charge your devices on every nightstand and added USB ports.

** 4 minutes door to sand.
** When you return hit the rooftop pool.
** Wipe off beach gear before putting away. Please make sure it’s dry. Rinse yourself off in outside shower at the pool deck or garage.
** At dark head to the pool deck to view fireworks three times a week. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday’s
** Workout in the fitness room just out the door. Key available. Brand new equipment. Please, follow gym rules, lock door, and return key to its place.
** Large balcony with new furniture includes Egg shell chair, Adirondack set, a rocker, leg rest, a table & two chairs. Chairs have covers to protect against rain. Please cover at all times when not in use. No one under 16 without an adult.

* Sorry no pets per HOA rules
* Cleaning is done per Covid-19 CDC recommendations.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25 years of age. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holidays and/or special events. ID required to approve
* The primary renter MUST be present on the premises at all times
* Cleaning fee $50 (owners clean - cover gas).
* Linens & towels are provided for rentals. No beach towels.
* Kitchen washcloths and dish towels ARE provided. Bring your beach towels and swimsuits
* Coral Seas has a secure elevator building with a code. This will be provided prior to check in. It is changed often by our HOA
* Two parking spots are provided; parking is in a covered garage under 7’
* Call Justin (Owner) at SeaQuest if you have a trailer to park.
* The outdoor rooftop pool is open from right before MDWE to LDWE. It has extended farther depending on weather and the HOA company. We have no control over this.
* Fitness room for guest use on 4th floor
* There’s a blink doorbell camera on front door. It monitors outside common area only and is for security.
