Your family will have a wonderful time making lasting memories while staying in this brand new rustic/chic 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. Lovingly hand-crafted from timber sourced on the premises, this brand-new and beautiful home personifies a modern-day rendition of a “cabin-in-the-woods.” Upon entering the open living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows offering great territorial views, you’ll be thrilled with all of the incredible attention to detail, including a custom kitchen island workstation/breakfast bar with seating for four, plus a separate table/seating area for two, a higher-end LG stainless appliance package including a dishwasher, a farmhouse sink, a comfy corner group sofa facing a freestanding wood fireplace, (firewood provided) and a large flat screen monitor. A hallway then leads into a mudroom with plenty of space for gear storage, plus a full-size capacity stack washer and dryer. Next, there’s the master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a flat-screen monitor, and a slider that leads to the backyard area with a generous-sized deck featuring a gas grill and a post and beam-covered hot tub. There’s also a full-bath ensuite. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft sitting area, one bedroom with 2-twin-sized beds (perfect for kids and singles), and another bedroom with one full-sized bed and a flat-screen monitor, plus another full bath. Don’t fret about those warmer summer temperatures, as this cabin is equipped with a ductless heat and air conditioning system. This pet-friendly, (2-Pet Maximum, No Exceptions) wifi* equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**WiFi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
