Our home is in Historic Downtown Fredericksburg within walking distance to the Battle field and museum, Mary and George Washington's childhood home and other historic sites, walking trails and the Rappahannock River for fishing.
Many shops and restaurants nearby and only two blocks to the train station. Where you can take a train for a day trip to Washington DC or Richmond.
Virginia Beach is only a few hours drive away.
Lots of live music and nightlife a short walk away also. There is lots to do and the bus service also stops nearby on Lafayette Blvd. if you want to go farther afield and explore all that Fredericksburg has to offer.
Our back yard has a lovely garden and patio if you just want to sit back and relax with a cup of coffee or tea. We live in the house at the front of the property and are always available if you have any questions.
The apartment is compact but comfortable, has everything and is suited to guests who want to get out and about or someone on a work trip.
