Bring your whole family to this great place for fun inside & out. Wheel Chair Accessible! This spacious home sits on 5 acres with an open floorplan- 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 massive office, big spacious kitchen: Island 6' 2" x 9' Leathered Granit, 12' x 6' pantry, spacious laundry/mud room, 2 TV's, surround sound inside & outside perfect for entertaining, wood burning fire place inside & outside, trampoline, landscape lighting & tons of parking for trucks, trailers & events. This home is great for entertaining and super close to the freeway. Come stay at our home!

FYI Karcher Road is under construction which does affect our road & property frontage. The road is noisy! No animals allowed in the house! If a violation occurs then a $500 request will be requested to clean the carpets and furniture. No exceptions. We have cameras with audio & video surveillance.

Thanksgiving in Nampa

Large kitchen and family room was perfect for our family. Plenty of beds and everyone was very comfortable.

Our Stay

Great communication and wonderful place for a large group. The kitchen island was great for large dinners or just to sit around and talk. Yard and patio were great for large groups as well.

We really enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living area. If the weather would have been warmer the outdoor area also would have been great. Incredibly kind and gracious hosts.

Wedding Get Away

Kitchen is huge. Island is amazing. The Grandsons and Grandparents loved the trampoline. Landscaping was spectacular. Would love to have them come to Oregon and do our home. Very relaxing!

Wonderful stay!

This property was a great space for our wedding! It is so spacious and was perfect for our family to stay in addition to having our wedding there. It is beautiful inside and like new! Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, extra bedding, etc. The hosts were amazing and responded so quickly whenever we needed them! They were so accommodating and kind and genuine. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would definitely rent this property again for visiting family in the future!

We designed & remodeled this home in 2018 & absolutely love this house. We lived here until October 28, 2023 where we moved to Emmett personally. We still run & operate our business from the Karcher house. We wanted to share our wonderful home with others. This home is great for entertaining and is wheelchair accessible.

This location is so close to the freeway & so close to entertainment. There are so many things to do in this area like- Movie Theaters, Shopping, Restraints, Bike Ridding, Lake Lowell, Hot Springs, ATV & Motocross Ridding, Idaho Expo, Idaho Event Center, Concerts, Dancing, Horseback Ridding, Rivers in every direction, Bogus Basin Ski Resort, Roaring Springs, Wahoo's, Zip Lining, Rock Climbing, Top Golf, Bowling Alleys, & More... Really anything you can think of, we have it.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home sits on just over 5 acres & is super close to the City of NAMPA. The property & house has an open floor concept. There is room for big semi's, trucks, trailers, dogs, kids, family events, parties & more. We use to host church youth evens here every month until we moved to Emmett. It’s a great place to unwind, relax & sit around a fire weather inside or outside. It feels like home when your family can gather around our kitchen island to talk or play games. We honestly love this house so much. We hope you like it too.
