Guest Access:
"The check-in time is from 3:00 PM. We kindly ask you to share your approximate arrival time with us. We will be waiting for you at the property to hand over the keys and welcome you.

We have private parking within the property.

The property consists of two cabins that are adjacent, each with its independent entrance. In both, there is one bedroom and a full bathroom on the ground floor. However, please note that you need to use stairs to access the upper floor."

The Neighborhood:
"The property is very well located; we are situated on the main avenue of Avándaro. Therefore, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and local businesses.

Fresko Avándaro is a 2-minute drive away, and there is also an Oxxo just a few meters away.

We recommend taking a walk around the streets of Avándaro. However, if walking is not your preference, you will find a taxi stand on the corner."

Getting Around:
"We recommend arriving by car during daylight hours. The approximate travel time is:
-Mexico City: 2 hours and 40 minutes by car.
-Toluca: 1 hour and 20 minutes by car.

Remember that it is advisable to use a navigation system such as GPS or updated maps to get precise directions for your journey. Additionally, it's always a good idea to check the road conditions and traffic before starting your trip."

"We are a pet-friendly property! Tell us about your pet so we can consider their visit. Please note that only up to 2 pets are allowed, and there is an additional cost of $500 MXN per pet.

Since our property is located in the forest, it's possible to encounter insects occasionally, despite our constant pest control efforts. We ask that you be aware of this during your stay.

Please be aware that during the rainy season or in case of a storm, there may be power outages, but they are usually restored quickly.
