- Situated on the ground floor, this unit offers breathtaking sea views, a private balcony with mood-setting Philips Hue lighting, and direct access to a coral beach right in front of your balcony.
- The open-concept layout effortlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a sense of airiness and fluidity. Large sliding doors open onto a balcony with a dining table and chairs - perfect for enjoying romantic sunsets. There is also a big couch with a coffee table where you can relax and take in the ocean view, whether it's with your morning coffee or evening drink.
- All rooms have full ocean views and A/C - no garden views! Two bedrooms located on opposite sides of the apartment to give extra privacy. One bedroom has a king-size bed and full private bath with rain shower, hairdryer, iron board; another has two single beds with full private bath. Small bath in living area.
- Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, two coffee machines including Nespresso, electric kettle, toaster, blender, cocktail shaker, cookware, drinkware, and tableware. For your convenience, the kitchen is stocked with essentials like tea, salt, pepper, soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags - so you can settle in without needing to rush to the store right away.
- The beach features a beautiful coral reef, making it an excellent spot for snorkeling. You can snorkel just steps from your balcony or relax under the palapas on the beach for shade.
- The outdoor pool with shower is just outside the unit, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and marina. The shared pool has lounge chairs available.

Important things to know

- 4 beach chairs and beach towels are available as well as few snorkel masks and fins of assorted sizes.
- With 30 kWh of electricity included daily, 20% more than most island rentals, you can stay cool and comfortable. Total electricity usage over limit will be charged at $0.50 per kWh at the end.
- 7% tourist tax is already included in the price, no need to pay extra later.
- One dedicated free parking space (#1) is reserved inside the resort, with additional guest parking available.
- The unit offers free Wi-Fi, a 55” flat-screen TV.
- A washing machine, few laundry pods and two drying racks in utility room.
- Outlets for both NA and EU plugs, you do not need adapters. 220V, check your chargers for correct voltage.
- If you are staying for 12 days or more, we recommend scheduling cleaning and getting a new set of bed sheets and towels for a reasonable fee. Please contact us to schedule this service.
- If you need early Check in or late Check out, please contact us. Subject to availability.

We offer self check-in and you can come any time after 3pm (15:00), no need to worry about being too early or too late. You have plenty of time to do grocery shopping before arrival. Code for entrance gate and lockbox will be provided few days in advance.
