Amazing villa with pool in a beautiful and quite area

This villa is located in a very green, urbanised hillside area surrounded by pine trees and with unique views of the Sol d’en Serra valley, the bay and the sea. The property is ideally located being only a few minutes from the golf course, a number of secluded beaches and the popular Cala Llonga beach . The famous Beach Club EL AMANTE is just 2 minutes from the villa.
It has accommodation for 10 guests and has 5 bedrooms. The home is perfect for a large family with children who want to holiday in the Balearic Islands.

The towns of Ibiza and Santa Eulalia can both be reached within 10 minutes by car; in both towns you will find a very lively atmosphere as well as numerous beaches, shops, facilities and restaurants.

5 spacious double bedrooms all fitted with wardrobes. One of the guest bedrooms has a small balcony facing the pool terrace whilst the second guest bedroom faces the backyard of the house. In between the two guest bedrooms there is a bathroom and a dressing room. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor (sea view) and there is a spacious covered terrace in front of it. It has its own en suite bathroom in the tower.
There are 2 double bedrooms separate from the main house; each one has its own bathroom.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Hall and living room with an open fire place have direct access to the covered terrace and pool area . The dining room in the lower part of the tower has a round wooden table for 10 people.
From the dining room stairs down you can reach the play room with billiard and more games.
The nice new kitchen is open to the dining room, completely functional and is fitted with all accessories.
The floors are in salmon / terracotta colours and most of the furniture is made of wood. The bathrooms are in white / blue, guest W.C. in terracotta / white and the master bathroom is decorated in salmon colours and marble.
There is an open pool terrace, +/- 60m² with outdoor shower and furnished with sun beds, tables, chairs and umbrellas.

8 x 4 m kidney-shaped swimming pool (solar heated). Next to the pool is a big barbecue area and separate guest WC.
The gardens extend +/-700m² and feature stone walls, palm trees, tropical plants and an automatic watering system.

The house has an own private entrance and parking space for two cars. This villa is completely furnished (incl. bed linen and towels) and functional.
