Wonderful property in CB!!! We used this home as our base for hiking around the CB area and Kebler Pass. The home is clean, spacious and well equipped, and the host is great!We will stay here again!

House was nice and clean. Great mud room for all the gear. Perfect location to town, trails, and creek!! Kitchen has well stocked and has everything we needed! There was also lots of Board games. We would stay again.

Location was great! 10min walk to Elk Ave and all the restaurants, bars, shopping. Backed up to the river which was lovely. House was very clean and bedrooms were spacious. Pet friendly. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Plenty of space for 3 couples, 1 toddler and our family dog. Everything was clean and well equipped. I loved the steam shower and jet tub. We tried the sauna but we felt like it didn’t get hot enough. We enjoyed the heated floors a lot! The proximity to town was nice and the fact that we were able to utilize the ski locker at the Treasury Center was perfect and saved a lot of time! Thank you!

A fabulous location, but the property needs some TLC. Our group really enjoyed the common areas upstairs. There was plenty of room for us to all hang out and/or eat together. And several people could be working in the kitchen at the same time. The location was nice and quiet (once the traffic from Kebler pass died down in the evenings), and only a few blocks from downtown. We loved being on the edge of town - we even had a bear in the driveway! Unfortunately, the house needs some work. Many of the faucets were leaking. Several windows didn't function (wouldn't open or wouldn't stay opened). Most of the blinds were broken and janky. The carpets were very dirty and stained. Several of the interior doors were damaged by dog claw marks. The entryway smelled like dirty socks. We've been coming to CB as a group of 20 years and, while this was an excellent location, we expected more based on the price.

Quiet End of Culdesac Near the Hiking/Nordic Ski Trail Home

We loved this home for our first stay in Crested Butte! We were 6 adults and 2 kids and a dog. The owner lives locally and helped with any questions or needs that came up during our stay. The kids loved sledding on the nearby hill, building puzzles, playing board games, the neighborhood was super dog friendly, and the Nordic ski trail/ hiking trail was only a walk down to the end of the street. The ski shuttle was only 2 blocks away, and we loved the storage locker provided by the home for our ski gear located in the Treasury Building by the Ski lifts. The family room accommodated everyone and the kitchen had plenty of room for several cooks at the same time. The neighborhood was very quiet and the views from the home were amazing! A
