We sincerely apologize for the intrusion. According to our service records, our Guest Services office reached out to let you know about the scheduled maintenance. Our maintenance man arrived at the property at 7:57 AM knocked several times and also yelled maintenance several times before accessing the lockbox to open the door. That is when you all encountered each other. Maintenance man called office to once again have Guest Services reach out and when you answered the call you hung up on her. So, maintenance left. We do want to clarify this was not at 10pm at night as all service is time stamped and texts and calls are recorded and saved. I do apologize that you were upset and certainly we need to think about a different approach to maintenance calls when vehicles are present. In the case, it was the smoke detector beeping and we wanted to make sure you safety was a priority. Again, we apologize that you were upset by this. We consider everyone's safety a top priority.
