The outside includes over 1 acre of land with creek, 2 picnic tables, a firepit and of course, a grill!

The entire house and yard are yours to use.

This is the place to be, whether you're with your friends or your family there's so much to do! Fire pit, large screen tv, outdoor kitchen & lounging area, and board games! This house has it all!

This home is located in the heart of shopping and restaurants. 2 minutes from interstate and 15 minutes to Downtown Nashville!

Our housekeeper works hard to prepare the space for your arrival. Occasionally, there may be clean laundry in the dryer. We kindly ask that you avoid using any laundry items left in the dryer, but there will be plenty of fresh towels and linens available for your use.

Please note there are a couple of small step-downs in the home, including one into the bathroom and laundry room, as well as a slight height difference between the kitchen and hallway.

$400 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.

We ask that you kindly use the designated recycling bin for recyclables. This helps us maintain the property and reduce waste. Please ensure that only recyclables are placed in the bin to avoid any delays with pickup. We appreciate your cooperation

Occasionally, packages may be delivered to the property to assist with its maintenance and upkeep. In rare instances, we may kindly ask you to bring a package inside for safekeeping. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure the home remains in great condition.

Please note that the hot tub is available for use with an additional fee of $75 per stay. This fee covers maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Simply let us know if you'd like to add the hot tub to your stay, and we’ll be happy to arrange it!

Early/Late Checkout and Early/late bags drop off is available for request upon availability for only $50.
