Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are a short walk away from the river, library, movie theater, Carlson Center, bowling alley, pioneer park, several great pubs & restaurants. We have a bright and roomy 2 bedroom each with a queen pillow top mattress and 1 bathroom. We have a large comfy queen blow up if you need more space. Large living room with four recliners. 70 in Smart TV. Washer & dryer. North Pole roasted coffee each day. The two bedrooms are Upstairs. ☀

I met my family in Fairbanks. The house worked great for us. Ben was super helpful. The location was super convenient and we loved the play set in the backyard

The house was amazing! The property was centrally located making it easy to travel around Fairbanks. The kitchen was well supplied allowing us to make breakfast every day. The host was extremely helpful and even shared some bear spray when we went to Denali National Park. The host has plenty of local brochures to offer extra ideas for activities. Our main purpose of travel was to see the aurora and we were very successful with the help of a local tour company. I highly recommend this property.

This is among the top places I have stayed in my 50 years of travel. The area is convenient and quiet, and the home was comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent.The host provided snacks, gourmet coffee, and chilled water for our use. These thoughtful touches made the stay especially nice.

Check in was easy and flawless. Ben enabled our early check in request. He also left numerous snacks, water coffee, and sodas for our use. The property was clean and fit our needs perfectly. Thanks, Ben and Samantha for a great stay and experience!

Weekend Softball Tournament Stay

The place was cute, clean, inviting, and comfortable. Ben left a nice welcome letter and snacks for us too! We got to meet him while we were there and he was incredibly nice and made our stay enjoyable. I will definitely look to stay here again next year!

Alaska Trip

We loved our stay while in Fairbanks. The house was very nice and had all the amenities needed. It was nice to come back after sight seeing to a comfortable living room with reclining sofas. We are used to a king bed but the queen was very comfortable. The towels were so soft. It is in a great neighborhood and was very close to all the sights in Fairbanks.

Lovely home, comfortable & quiet. Appreciated fans since a warm night. They made the bedroom cooler for sleeping. Clear, concise communication with host. A better rack or hooks to accommodate coats and jackets would be nice, but I realize it’s hard. Enjoyed looking at all of the Alaskan art.

Great place to stay!

Ben's place was great and he was super responsive to any questions. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Loved all of the laundry baskets available. One of the reasons we chose this place was for the washer/dryer and having the laundry baskets made sorting laundry a breeze.

Perfect stop after the Alaskan Highway

After days on the Alaskan Highway, this apartment was the perfect stop before our camping trip in Denali. We had loads of laundry to do and we wanted to do a lot of cooking. This unit was perfect, and the hosts were incredible and friendly. The unit is thoughtfully and generously stocked. It had everything we needed. The decorations are thoughtful and fun. The home is in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed time on the paved river walk trail every day, which is a short 8 minute walk from the home. It was great to stretch our legs after so much time in the car. I can honestly say that this is one of the best VRBOs that I have ever stayed in. I hate how corporate some of the rentals feel. This was not the case at this rental. It was personable and you could tell that the owners care a lot about the property and their guests. Thank you for a great stay. We were well prepped for our Denali adventure.
