Large, quite, private and safe family home, conveniently located 3 miles off interstate I-64, 14 miles from Richmond airport, and a quick drive to Richmond or Williamsburg.
Home is located in a safe, private family friendly neighborhood.
There are 4 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms.
Large kitchen and dining room, spacious living room with new smart TV, bar/lounge area and garage with workout equipment. Great WI-FI.
Backyard with “green egg” style grill, covered porch with couch, chairs, and fire pit.
Front doorbell security camera, garage security camera & back deck/backyard security camera.
Contractors and constructions crews love our home with an available garage to store tools, large driveway for multiple light vehicles and light trailers, 4 different rooms and large couch. Plenty of fast food and sit down restaurant to order carryout or delivery.

5 Star Property and 5 Star Service

I recently stayed at this property during a trip with friends and family and it was absolutely fantastic. The house was extremely clean and well prepared for our vacation. Property manager made the check in process seamless and went above and beyond our expectations for service. I would recommend this listing to anyone looking in the area and will definitely be back!

The moment we entered this home we knew it was a great choice; the home was extremely clean and the unexpected amenities were of a five star hotel level! Nice Spacious House

This house was everything we needed for a group of friends. There were 5 sizeable beds, plenty of seating, kitchen with all needed supplies. House was clean and comfortable. It is located in a nice, safe, exurban neighorhood. A grocery store and several restaurants are a 5 min drive from the house. Conveniently located near 64 & not too far from 295.

Above and Beyond

The house was immaculately clean and comfortable. The hosts took the time to leave us a wonderful note and a list of suggestions for fun things to do in the area. The kitchen had all the basics we needed to have a few meals in. The beds were so comfortable! Check in and check out were super easy. A lovely house with great hosts!

An Amazing Stay

We were a group of family members traveling to Richmond from different locations to attend our son's college graduation. This was the perfect place for us to spend time together. There was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked for preparing and enjoying meals. The outdoor space was inviting and relaxing and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. It was so nice to be away from the hustle and bustle, but only a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Richmond and would recommend this house to anyone.

Owner thought of everything!

Gracious host; house was perfectly decorated for the holiday season. Very well equipped kitchen for entertaining! Elegant servig dishes and ice bucket and more. Bedrooms simple and comfortable with charging plugs on every nightstand. VERY CLEAN and fresh in every room! Washer dryer on 2nd floor very handy.. Safe family neighborhood. We have already planned our our next stay here! Hosts are very friendly to work with and so gracious and thoughtful!

If you visit Williamsburg or Virginia Beach...think of this one!

2nd stay at this location. Owner was very solicitious. Made a personal effort to make our stay enjoyable! Sisters, aunts & cousins totally 10 woman enjoyed the simply decorarted, charming, fresh, clean house with bathrooms to accomodate our needs. Special touches include; shampoos, spa products, slippers. If the owner knows the reason for your stay they persoanlize the decor. We were all attending a family bridal shower and a balloon shaped like an engagment ring and sweet display greeted us in the front entry. The kitchen is equipped for celebrating with small details all around. Always a sparkling alcohol free wine to welcome your stay! Kindness abounds in the heart of this VRBO and its owners...Don't hesitate to stay
