Authentic Spanish charm in an oasis of palms across from the Tribune Studios. Originally built in the 1920's by Charlie Chaplin for his artisans. This spacious, furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome comes with 2 Queen Beds, 2 Full Beds, 1 Twin Bed, plus 2 sofa beds in the living room. It is great for family and friends and can accommodate up to 7 guests.
This is a peaceful non-smoking building. Great for short or long-term stays.

Includes: Window A/C units in both bedrooms upstairs, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry facility, linens, towels, etc. (Check the Amenities section, however, if you are looking for a specific amenity that is not already addressed, please feel free to ask me!)

I do not provide any food perishables, pantry items, and soaps..etc., to avoid guest-to-guest contamination. (Read House Rules)

PARKING: ONLY ONE Standard Size Parking Space! Assigned parking is provided to each guest. If you need additional spaces, there is free, public parking available on the street adjacent to the building. Watch out for street signs as parking is your responsibility.

I do not pass around keys for your safety. Once you provide me with an email address, I will send you an email from eRentalLock with a randomly generated combination code to access your place.

*Please note the pet fee is $200 and the Cleaning fee is $175.
