Relax in your own condo on 3 floors - lots of room to spread out.

Rest and Relax in a quiet haven after a long day at the beach in your own space on multiple floors. The Condo on 3 floors has been completely renovated with a brand new modern European style kitchen you can cook in, or order in or go out for the night. Many restaurants are also walking distance from Condo. Newly renovated living room, dining area and large master bedroom, with a loft/storage.

The first-floor entrance has an armoire wall closet, a large mudroom/foyer, and a new stackable washer/dryer unit in the laundry area.

A Beautiful staircase leads up to the open floor plan kitchen, living room, and dining room which boasts lots of natural sunlight. The living room has a queen-sized pull-out couch and a 70″ TV.

From the living room, French doors open into the large master bedroom, which has one queen-sized bed and one twin-size bed. There are two-night tables, a large wardrobe armoire, a dresser, and a 50″ TV with plenty of room to relax.

There are additional stairs that lead up to the 3rd floor’s large loft/storage with a couch, bean bag, games and TV.

Return to a very large fenced in yard and your own private outside shower, picnic tables, and outside electric grill to enjoy the late afternoons.

Our 2025 newly renovated large barn style dwelling located on premise is open to all guests to use. An extra large place to hangout outside and play Foosball, do arts and crafts, read or just relax outside while "BBQing".

Property is on half an acre and it has a very private backyard. A place to secure your bikes to take out on the town or just ride around the cul-de-sac.

Included are beach towels, beach tags and for an additional fee of 75.00 one private beach parking space directly across from the beach for easy beach access! See House Rules for information.

Pillows, Blankets, Comforters, Mattress Covers/Protectors included.
Linens (Bed Sheets and Bath Towels) are not provided.

Dreamy summer getaway

This condo was just as described and more!! So so clean , modern, awesome TV's , FULLY equipped kitchen , board games and more! The location was under a mile to all the action so in the mornings we would drive to the beach (get the beach parking the host offers, it's right in front the beach, can't be beat and you can even use it at night if you want to walk by the water), at night we would typically just walk into town for dinner, shopping and drinks and walk home to get in some steps and digest. We had such an awesome time. I recommend this place and would return!

Spacious, renovated, Cape May property

We had a very comfortable stay at this lovely newly renovated property. The photos were accurate and it was as clean and newly updated as can be. Thanks to our host, Gabriella, it had a nice Italian style to the decor, which added to the charm. The kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed. We brought our bikes, and a convenient rack was right outside the front door, and everything was easy reach by bike. If you don't have bikes, the optional parking space was well worth having, and it is, literally, right at the beach. We hope to return soon!

Charming Gem

Took a chance on a brand new VRBO listing and we are just overjoyed with our experience and stay! The farmhouse is beautiful, modern and still had that quaint charm we were wanting. House is beautiful and property is situated on corner with beautiful landscaping and backyard privacy. Location was great within minutes of walking or very short car ride to best parts of Cape May and the beach. All appliances were modern and worked perfectly. Kitchen and bath were well supplied with everything needed. Outdoor shower was a great bonus and very private. AC worked flawlessly. Private beach parking was worth it and location at the beach was perfect for seeing dolphins multiple times. Communication with the owner was exceptional and she was extremely attentive. We could not have asked for a better experience and stay in West Cape May!

Hello - Buongiorno, I am a native Italian from Napoli, Italia living in Cape May via Brooklyn, NY and North Jersey. I am fluent in Italian as that is my first language spoken. Living in Cape May for many years now. My favorite pastime is cooking which is in my blood - cooking for the whole family and having family around all the time. I also enjoy growing my own Orto (garden full of food: zucchini, tomatoes, broccoli, arugula, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, choke berries, blackberries and of course the beloved Fig trees - I have 6 fig trees of which many are from Italy and the fruit is so delicious.

Cape May is unique. You can enjoy the beach all day and have local grown food daily. It is both a beach and a farm place. The Island is small only 3 miles by 5 miles and you can bike everywhere and enjoy the scenery and buy locally grown foods on your bike ride. There are many trails for biking or on foot along the beach and also along the canal which are beautiful.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

My property was a Farmhouse built in circa 1836 and was home to a dairy farm at one time. The property was close to 60 acres plus and now it sits on a cul-de-sac as the main house. It used to be called the main house on the main road going to the beach, and today the main road is called Broadway. So we have called the house "Coastal Farmhouse on Broadway". I just love history and owning a piece of it is magical.

The house is built so strong with materials that people today only dream of building like that. It has the strongest bones withstanding almost 200 years of weather. The place has been renovated many times from other owners but we renovated it again with all new windows, walls, ceilings, bathrooms and all rooms to give it a more European look inside, but keeping the look of a farmhouse.

The house has a very very peaceful vibe that everyone that stays there leaves with such a relaxed feeling. It is so welcoming.
