Take in the stunning views and Sunsets over Skaneateles lake at this countryside retreat! This cozy ranch is a respite sitting on 40 acres overlooking the lake and a historic barn. Enjoy a brand new kitchen and spacious deck for outdoor hangs. The home has everything you need for your stay! Located just outside the village of Skaneateles, you are just minutes away from everything this historic and charming town has to offer! There is also semi-private lake access a 2 minute drive away!

Great weekend by the lake

Amazing weekend staying here. It was perfect for our family and had incredible views. Was also very cleaning and very convenient.

It was perfect

Myself and four friends stayed at this property for a fishing tournament at Otisco Lake. The property manager Samire was friendly, fast to respond, and was easy to work with. The house was clean, it was furnished with everything you need for your stay, it had a nice lake view, and the beds were comfortable.We would definitely stay here again.

I agree the view of the lake is stunning. The home was modest. The smell of a former smoker was not pleasant. We came home one day and I thought someone had been in the home smoking. It was that strong. The deck furniture needed some attention. It is outdoors and gets dirty but cleaners had not touched it so I needed to clean before sitting out.

Great property

Beautiful view of Skaneateles lake from the deck. Owner communication was quick and helpful. Went for a fishing trip and they were very accommodating for boat parking. Short drive to town of Skaneateles. Plenty of parking in driveway. House came equipped with everything needed for a trip (appliances, dishware, silverware, etc.).

Fall Getaway

We had a great time! The view from this property is fantastic! The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We used the kitchen to cook one night and it was very well stocked with anything you need to cook dinner. The deck has a very comfortable lounge with amazing views! We had a question on how to adjust the thermostat and the property manager got back to us right away. Would love to rent here again. The town is beautiful with amazing views throughout. Lots of great shops, restaurants, and wineries.

Family weekend at SUNY Cortland

We had a wonderful weekend visiting my son for family weekend. He only requested home cooked meals from mom and that’s exactly what he got. The kitchen had everything we needed for pots and pans , kitchen gadgets and appliances. Not a lot of serve ware but we made so. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house. Thank you

Typical commercial property and absentee owner - anything to save a buck. Gas grill is 2 seasons beyond its useful life and is dangerous. 1 roll of paper towels and 1 1/4 rolls of toilet paper were provided for a 4-night stay. No shampoo was provided. Absentee owner would of course blame the staff for all of it.

Quiet and quaint

Overall this was a great place to stay. Clean, modern, comfortable, quiet. All the beds had new mattresses. Kitchen was pretty great. They even have a very good coffee maker, that made delicious coffee - for me this is a major win. I have stayed at so many places that cheap out on the coffee maker - not so here. (Major bonus points with me!!). We ate around the island several times. If the weather was warmer would have been nice to enjoy the deck and view of the lake more, but still had a great view through the picture window. The furniture was comfortable and clean, tv had plenty of choices through internet and apps. 7 minute drive to town, but the drive is very nice no traffic lovely scenery.
