The studio located on Rua Frei Caneca is new and is in a modern and complete building, with everything you need for a wonderful stay, it is a few minutes from Paulista and Rua Augusta, where you have a whole range of options for gastronomic leisure and cultures very close by, in addition to being next to Shopping Frei Caneca.
The apartment is complete, has wifi, 24-hour concierge, AC in the building, swimming pool on the terrace and pet area.
For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their documents before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo ID of all guests.
Visitors are not allowed.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.
Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra day will be charged.
Our opening hours are from 09:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.
THE APARTMENT
The studio space was fully optimized and lit in the best way, it has a modern and clean touch. It has a television, wifi, induction stove, kitchen utensils, microwave, air conditioning, bed and full-length mirror that adds spaciousness to the apartment.
THE BUILDING
Being new and modern, the building is a paradise in the middle of the city, where you can relax and enjoy your leisure time while being in the center of SĂŁo Paulo, just a few minutes from the HigienĂłpolis-Mackenzie station.
It also has a space on the roof with chairs for sunbathing and showering, a swimming pool, an area with hammocks, co-working and a pet space.
