Sorry, no pets. The Lifts West Complex has a very strict no pets policy.
This property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans in each room for your comfort.
Due to limited space, no trailers are allowed to be parked at this property.
Parking is first come, first served with a limit of 1 space, however, for overflow parking, there is public parking available on the street and also just 1 block down in the Municipal parking lot on the corner of Jacks & Sixes and River Street.
This Condo is located on the second floor of the Mountain Building. There is an elevator on the first floor. You can also access the Condo using the stairs.
We supply a ration of firewood for your stay during the winter months. Additional firewood is located on the first floor near the pool in the woodshed during daytime hours.

**Torchlight Parade & Fireworks takes place on Saturday nights during ski season as well as certain holidays. Check with the Red River Ski Area for more information.
