The main level features a bright and spacious living area with a plush leather sofa, stylish seating, and a large TV—the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from pancake breakfasts to holiday dinners, complete with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, generous counter space, and bar seating for four. A large farmhouse dining table offers seating for eight, while a cozy round table in the breakfast nook provides the perfect spot for casual bites and morning chats.

With 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms across three levels, this home comfortably sleeps 16 guests. - A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at this home. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $175 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Interior fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- This home comes with 2 kayaks and 1 paddleboard.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- This home does not offer pool heat.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
