Cozy up on a wide sofa after dinner and catch a movie on TV. Home has 3 bedrooms with a 4th queen air mattress in a shared space. We have a private parking spot available.

Note: There is ongoing construction and street demolition happening next door to the property.

Our home is literally in the heart of it all — we're close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and most of all to almost all local attractions. The modern residential street offers a peaceful serenity while also being very close to downtown . This beautifully furnished property has stunning details and is ready for you!

The space
This newly constructed townhouse is in the First Hill neighborhood, near Downtown Seattle and tons of great places to eat. It's 5 minutes to Capitol Hill, Seattle University, and Chinatown, and a little farther to Pike Place Market. The home is 3 levels, with the kitchen and dinning being on the main floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms being on the second and third floors. The roof top patio is on the 4th floor of the home.

We enjoyed our time at the house. It was perfectly located to us to get to the stadiums and downtown. Jacob was always available to communicate if we had any questions.

Overall a nice place to stay. There is a lot of construction happening right next door during the day. This wasn’t bothersome as we were out exploring all day. However, at night, there is a strobe light attached to a camera to monitor the construction site, and that lit up the 3rd floor bedroom all night long. Also, keep in mind that the third floor bedroom and first floor common area are the only spaces that have an AC unit.

We had a great stay at this place in Seattle and would absolutely recommend it. The location was one of the biggest highlights, it was very easy to get to and conveniently close to public transportation, which made getting around the city simple and stress-free.The host was also excellent to work with; responsive, accommodating, and made the entire process smooth from booking through checkout.The space itself was well set up, especially the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. It made it easy to prepare meals and feel at home during our stay.Overall, a very comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this house over the weekend with friends. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described—plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy ourselves. -located very close to all public transit methods. -Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our group of six. -WiFi was strong and easily accessible, they had a great smart TV in the living room. -The couch was very low to the ground and older people may have a hard time getting up and down. -Stairs were very slippery in socks. -It could have been cleaner, we found mold in the second floor bathroom under the grout, hair in the tub and sink, and mold in the washer. Construction of a complex next to us was in full swing. Jack hammering of the sidewalk at 8am. Dumpster took up all parking in front of house. The lack of blinds or curtains allowed the folks to look right in. There was a blue strobe light that seeping into the master bedroom making sleep difficult.

Loved the place and having levels to separate beds and baths. I'd say an ideal rental home. If I were to complain the parking space is so tight and the trash cans are right next to the car. If it were a busy time it could be a damage problem but I didn't have any problems.

Easy check in process and easy to drive to downtown area and the market. Was quiet around the area and everything was clean upon arrival. Host very responsive and gave clear instructions on the check in process that made it easy even when arriving late at night after a delayed flight.

Concert Weekend!

We stayed in this property for 4 nights for a concert weekend and had an awesome time. For three adults this space was perfect. Its a reasonable walk to the stadium, very clean and comfortable, and having a space to park was relieving in the city. End of the day, I'd definitely reserve this space again.
