The space
The classic living room has a plush love seat & a large couch, additional wingback chair, designated desk space to work remote, and 65 inch TV (equipped with fire-stick) to kick back and get some rest and relaxation.
Breakfast nook offers seating for 4 or saunter out to the patio swing or backyard loungers for a nice relaxing morning! Beverage experiences are enhanced with a coffee maker, tea kettle, pitcher and pairing condiments. Ready to flip the switch from coffee to an adult beverage? We got you covered with wine glasses, cork opener and an awesome mixer set ready for use!
The kitchen has tons of counter space for meal prepping as well as all of your kitchen essentials! Everything you need to enjoy a meal is provided including cookware, baking dishes, mixing bowls, serving platters, dish sets and silverware! All major appliances are provided and most minor appliances you would need; toaster, blender, hand mixer and more! (Air-fryer coming)
There is one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the home with luxury bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. One large bath towel and wash cloth are provided for each guest as well as dark make-up removal towels for convenience.
You will not want to get out of bed here! Both bedrooms feature luxurious comfy beds (King & Queen) with hotel style linens and soft plush pillows! Both of the bedrooms include additional TV's also ready to go with fire sticks.
Steps off the kitchen stairs lead to the back yard which is so private you forget you are in the city. Enjoy a cup of joe or a glass of wine before hitting the town! You will truly love every inch of this home!
Basement: Plenty of space for odds and ends in half of the space. The washer and dryer are located on sight in the basement. There is a set of stairs to get access. We are planning to finish the other half soon, please pardon our progress!
Parking: Private driveway for this home can fit 2 small vehicles, the driveway is narrow. If you wish the garage can accommodate a small vehicle as well. This home is on an older street, please be mindful of some uneven pavement on sidewalks.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the whole home except for the unfinished attic and part of the basement space.
Other things to note
I could possibly be flexible on the no pet rule.
If we allowed pets, it would be small pets and $50 per pet. Pets would need not to be left in the yard unattended. There is covert areas on the fence that still need attention. They would be at risk for possibly getting out.
Please pardon our progress in the basement and stay in the provided guest area that is clearly sectioned off.
