You wonât forget this rustic destination with easy access to all your Ozark adventures!
This home is an old milking barn turned tiny home. With a quick 5-min walk to downtown & park from the home. Big cedar, a beautiful outdoor resort and well-known tourist attraction, is located just 22 mi away. Boasting amazing restaurants, wonderful scenery, and a world-class Golf Course. Just north of that is Branson Missouri, the âfamily friendly Las Vegas.âWith shows, mini golf, and entertainment Galore!
The space
South Ave Cottage has a loft like bedroom upstairs with a hatched floor door for privacy. The upstairs has a queen sized bed and a twin futon with black out curtains. Downstairs is a cozy living room area with a Serta couch that can turn into a queen sized bed and extra linens are located in the milking bins. Also on the main floor is the kitchen, bathroom and office area.
Out back is fully fenced with a comfy patio area, fire pit and kid climbing structure.
