WELCOME to my Home! It is a pleasure to have u.

Lovely two story home in the Beautiful & Vibrant area of Surprise, Az.
First floor offers a Comfortable Family Room with 55" smart TV.; Plenty of windows overlooking the backyard.
Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances including Stove; Microwave; ; Dishwasher; Air Fryer; Instant Pot; Crock Pot and all of the cooking, grilling & baking supplies & utensils & everything that u can imagine.
Quartz countertops with stools to enjoy Breakfast, Lunch or a snack.

Dining Table ~to prepare & enjoy home cooked meals. Outdoor grill for barbecuing.

Pantry with all necessities for your stay.

French doors lead out to covered Patio with Propane Fire-table.
Gazebo with outdoor dining area for coffee in the morning or lunch in the afternoon & dinner in the evening.
Wood Burning Fire-pit with plenty of wood to enjoy evening fires overlooking the stars.

Serene Master Bedroom with Plush King sized bed; to get a peaceful night sleep. Oversized Master Bathroom Tub with all the essentials for a soothing, relaxing bath.

Attached Bathroom on suite. including double vanity; walk in closet;
Desk/work station.

2nd bedroom is simply lovely,
Soft, bright & dreamy blue colors to make u feel as if u don’t have a worry in the world. Walk in closet.

Full hall bathroom upstairs which is shared with the other Guest bedroom.

Third Bedroom is every so lovely & soothing. Queen sized, cozy Bed. Nice sized closet.

Laundry Room is on the 2nd floor available with all necessary items.

SURPRISE is a Suburban city which is located approximately 45 minutes from Phoenix, Scottsdale, & Sky Harbor International Airport .

Spring Training Baseball is one of the most exciting Times of the year here in Arizona. You will have Premier Baseball Experiences.
Surprise Stadium is a few miles from my home. It offers an Amazing Baseball Experience.
Texas Ranger's & Kansas City Royal's are right here in Surprise.

State Farm Stadium in Glendale where Arizona Cardinals play. Concerts & other events as well.

Smart Lock on Front Door;
Garage Keypad is located to the right hand side of the garage door. You will access here into a two car garage for your use during your stay.

Self Check in with Smart Lock the front door. Code will be provided a few days prior to your stay.
Garage door opener will be on the small table in the entry way.
