Raised house on a beautiful street in Waveland. Huge private lot with a great outdoor deck in the back for birdwatching, coffee or just watching the sunrise or stargazing at night. Lots of space for the kids to explore and the area underneath the house is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the breeze or sit in the hot tub and watch TV. There is also a propane firepit with comfortable seating for five.

You can also grill lunch or dinner on the propane Weber grill. The house has plenty of parking for a boat, RV and/or golf cart.

There are four smart tvs on the property for your enjoyment - one in the living area, one in each of the two bedrooms with king beds and one downstairs. The area under the house has a refrigerator, sink and toilet for easy access from the hot tub/grill/firepit.

There is a non-passenger lift on the property with a cart so moving your luggage and groceries is seamless. We also provide a cart with beach chairs and towels to make your trip to the beach a little easier.

Waveland is located one hour from New Orleans and 30 minutes to Biloxi. There is a 5 mile bike path that connects to Bay St. Louis so biking is a great way of getting around. The basics are provided including a fully stocked kitchen and we have coffee, detergent, foil, shampoo, soap, etc at the house for your use. Don't sweat the small stuff, we've got you covered.
