The castle

Was as pictured. 20 -25 minutes from glacier west entrance. Has a near by groceries store - super 1. The kitchen and master bathroom was top notch. My kids loved it and we saw deer almost every night

Too many small stairs. Layout is weird. The drive to the house goes down a few miles of wash...

I wouldn't stay there again or recommend to anyone.

The Castle needs air conditioning!!!

Didn't stay due to gun shots coming from behind the home and the castle really needs air conditioning throughout.

Disappointed

Overall great space, unique stay. However, was very difficult to contact someone to resolve issues. I would not stay here again. 3 main issues: 1. Many many potholes you have to slow down and navigate around to get to the property. Know this ahead of time to factor in additional time to get somewhere ( about 7min). 2. Seemed clean at first, but there were so many dead insects everywhere. When I called, someone came over and only vacuumed the bathroom rug. Still in the tubs and a lot around the living areas and also on towels. If it was only a few I wouldn’t have minded, but it was beyond that. 3. The biggest issue - temp control. There is no AC in the house, just heating. There are 3 bedrooms, but we were only able to use one of them because the other two (located up in the turret) were unbelievably hot and had a musty smell. There was no way we could sleep there, and they remained unused the entire 8 day stay. I was there with my two young girls and we all had to sleep in one bed.
