I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about both the absolutely stunningly and amazingly stocked apartment and our host Jannicke. Communication was constant, full of all the important information we needed and responsive always. I wish we had stayed in Oslo longer just to enjoy the apartment with our family longer. If you are staying with your family THIS IS THE PLACE. 5 stars? TEN STARS!

Great property!

The owner was super helpful and responsive for check in and had a warm welcome. Very hospitable. The house was very nice and a pleasure to stay in. Location was great with access to public transit and walkable to heart of downtown. Great spot!

Very Nice

Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The property has been recently renovated and is extremely nice. Kitchen had everything we needed and much more. There are stairs to climb and it is on the edge of walking to things. There are two bus lines with a stop about 100 feet from the property. I don’t think we ever waited more than five minutes for a bus. We bought Oslo cards and used the bus, tram and ferry for everything. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this beautiful place.

Convenient, comfortable, pleasant

The location of this apartment was perfect. The bus was available at any time, convenient not only to reaching central Oslo but also the airport. We had every amenity we could imagine, including a well-stocked grocery just across the plaza and a gourmet coffee machine. And Jannicke made everything so easy.

Nice downtown apartment

This place is in a great location for thing to do in Oslo. The place was clean and well stocked. The beds are not very comfortable, and it was a little hard to find. Everything else was good. Close to bus stop.

Gorgeous appartment

Very nicely decorated apartment. Snacks were waiting for is when we arrived. A huge dining table in the kitched seates everybody in the party. Short walk to Opera House and the center of transportation and sightseeing destinations

Comfortable & convenient for family

Janicke’s apartment was perfect for our family of six. Very comfortable, spacious, and convenient - the bus stop is literally outside the front door, and the buses in Oslo are simple to use with the Ruter app. Some street and train noise but it quiets down at night and it did not bother us. Restaurants and convenience store within walking distance. The apartment is home to a family so fully stocked, with high quality amenities. Easy access and very responsive host. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Apartments!

The apartment was lovely and clean. The host has recently lovingly and beautifully renovated the apartments, so they were not quite finished with all the interior work, which did not bother us. There was a full kitchen with all necessary equipment (AWESOME coffee maker!), and a washer/dryer combo which was lovely, as we had already traveled several days by then! There was also clothing in drawers, which also didn't bother us. It is close to the Central Station (about a 15 minute walk). There was a Metro stop for green line (i think green) about 10 minutes and a grocery literally right next door. There are also several restaurants nearby which we tried and were very good (both with Middle Eastern cuisine--Lebanese and Usbek) as well as a bar on 2 other corners, and a bakery about a 6-7 minute walk for yummy breakfast. Park with a playground 3 minutes away. Be advised: there are 2 flights of stairs to access this apartment. Don't go heavy on your luggage!!Our host was an excellent communicator, and responds quickly to any inquiries we had. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.
