Our home has been fully furnished to guarantee a great stay and create fun experiences in each corner. Our home is equipped with tons of amenities for you and your traveling companions. We worked hard to make sure you feel right at home in a clean, comfortable, spacious, and relaxing space.

We were looking for a location near the Drake Campus for graduation ceremonies. When I originally booked the home, I was charged an additional 50 for early checkin. I neither requested or needed this. I only discovered it after I noticed the charges seemed high. This was corrected/refunded within a few days.When we arrived, there was a really strong/bad odor permeating the upstairs. We eventually found the source which was rotten/moldy food left in the oven. We also discovered the bed in the master bedroom had no linens (fitted sheet, top sheet) and there were visible stains on the mattress. Finally, the trash cans, particularly the large one in the kitchen, had no trash bags/liners and there were none in the house. I eventually bought some at the store. All of these situations were communicated through the app. But I got very general responses which made me think it may have been AI. After the first evening I called the number provided and the person who answered seemed surprised/caught unaware. We eventually had sheets and some extra trash liners delivered late afternoon the second day of our stay. The overall location was convenient to campus. The basement and other beds were fine. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen was functional. We were just disappointed in the lack of attention to detail on the mentioned items and no sense of urgency to address them when they could have easily been resolved the first evening.

Not what we expected

Original check in time was 4, got an email to wait until 5 due to previous renter being so dirty it took extra time to clean. Upon arrival it took over 20 minutes to gain entry into the property, while having to talk to the property owner to help. The ad said 2 bath when in reality it is 1 1/2 with the 1/2 on the ground floor with the laundry, and main bath on the second floor. The first bedroom with a king bed had a dirty stained comforter, 2 pillows had dirt/stains on them. Carpets were dirty and stained. There were no bath towels, hand towels or wash cloths in the main bath or kitchen (which we didnt know until morning). Bench seat in dining room had a stain and a broken button tuft. Soap dispenser in the kitchen had leaked all over the kitchen counter. Ceiling fan in living room had a bad wobble. Bathroom vanity was missing a drawer front. The bedroom windows were so shoddy that the wind was howling, king bed has a stained mattress cover. I have pictures to back it up.

It was perfect for my family. We traveled to Iowa for softball with four girls and it gave us plenty of space and everything we needed!
