Welcome to Turquoise Turtle – your family’s cozy coastal getaway nestled on a quiet road in the N section of Ocean Lakes Family Campground! Just a short stroll to the beach and only steps away from Sandy Harbor Waterpark. Whether you're racing down the waterslides or floating peacefully along the lazy river, fun is always within reach.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage is perfect for families with small children looking for a relaxed, fun-filled vacation close to everything Ocean Lakes has to offer.

Here's what to expect:

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
Second Bedroom: Twin Bunk Beds
Additional Sleep space: Portable Cot that can be used in the living room (perfect for littles!)
*Each Bedroom has it's own TV with basic Cable

🚿 Bathrooms:
Primary bathroom has large walk-in shower + built-in bench. There is also a stackable washer and dryer so you can pack light.
Second bathroom has a shower/tub combo— to make bath time for your littles a breeze

Kitchen and Dining-
The kitchen has full sized appliances and is equipped with place settings for six and has your basic needs to make simple meals.
There is a dining table that seats four.
There is a standard coffee pot.

--We supply you with a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two trash bags and a roll of paper towels to get you started.

🚗 Important Info:
Not pet-friendly
Limited parking (1 vehicle max at the home, however there is an overflow lot in the campground for any extra vehicles)
Parking Fee: $12/day per vehicle (if paid online 10+ days before check-in); $15/day if paid after that, per Ocean Lakes policy

Security Deposit and Agreements:
Guests are required to sign a Surfwind Rentals Guest Agreement and Golf Cart Agreement and authorize a security deposit to be held on your card prior to reservation.
The hold will be placed the day before check-in and will be released once the home passes inspection and Ocean Lakes confirms no violations were received during guests stay.

*Ocean Lakes has a 12:00 AM community-wide curfew and requires all golf carts to be parked by that time

Golf Cart Use: Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license on file to operate

🛎️ Guest Access + Support:
Guests have full access to the entire cottage, including the wraparound deck, golf cart, and driveway for parking. You'll also have easy access to the campground amenities like the store and waterpark. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away!
Check-in is contactless using a digital keypad or lock box for your convenience.
