Budget Friendly Room 104 - No Pets

Start your day refreshed after staying in one of our Budget Friendly Rooms in Building A. The room has 1 queen size bed. The property has a private bath with a shower. Linens, towels, pillows, and comforters are included in this overnight rental. There is a common kitchen area for shared use in the lobby of Building A where your room is located. The shared kitchen has very basic cooking supplies. The rental has a smart TV as well.

Deadwood Outdoor Rentals has high-speed wi-fi internet. Free use of washer and dryer is available in Building B.

Our main registration lobby offers complimentary morning coffee in Building A. Then hit the trails with one of our E-Bike, UTV, or snowmobile rentals offered onsite. For your convenience, we sell Black Hills National Forest Motorized Trail Permits, Snowmobile Trail Permits, and Mickelson Trail Permits in our recreation rental office showroom and gift shop area. Stop by and let our knowledgeable staff assist you with all your adventures in the beautiful Black Hills National Forest.

Visit our rental office showroom and gift shop where you can find most everything you need before you head out on your daily adventures. We carry beverages, snacks and ice as well as riding accessories like goggles, gloves, and gear. For all you OHV enthusiasts, we carry Fly Racing and the Off-Road Vixen brands so you can ride in comfort and style.

We have plenty of free trailer parking available for guests and provide easy access to the Mickelson Trail, Snowmobile Trail, and Black Hills National Forest trails.

We are conveniently located on the Deadwood Trolley Schedule.

Nice place to stay. Clean. Emploees were great! Only wish there had been a chair in room. Hubby has a bad back and needed a decent chair to sit in.

Great location and super friendly

We planned a very last minute trip and our main goal was to rent ebikes and ride the Mickelson Trail. This more than fit the bill! The room was perfect for us! Very clean and cozy. The owners are beyond friendly and so helpful with everything! Very convenient for our trip and easy to hop a taxi or trolley for a trip downtown Deadwood.

Great place cant believe I found this place. Rooms are clean. Only complaint we have is that our mattress was clapped out. Might want to replace or try flipping it to see if that helps. Other than that we liked staying there!

Very convenient location with the trolley pulling right up to the door! Would suggest staying in a room a little farther from the rental office due to the morning pick ups. The mattress could be replaced as we felt like we were rolling into each other. The toilet needed plunged daily. The people were great. It is in a beautiful location with the Mickelson trail right there and looking out the window and seeing the Hills! It was a good value and served our needs well!

Great price, location & communication from host. Room seemed clean until we walked on floor in bare feet after shower & could see how dirty floors really were. Shower, sink & bedding seemed clean, with a few cobwebs. Comfortable bed. Slept fairly well, with the exception of rowdy bikers coming in/ out. But is to be expected over Sturgis though, especially after a storm we got opening night! Good place to stay for a night or two for a reasonable price.
