The Villa offers all you need to have a luxury holiday: five spacious bedrooms (A/C in each room), 4 and 1/2 bathrooms (hair dryer, hair straighteners etc), a heated pool (and plenty of pool floats), BBQ, a Bali bed, and sun loungers around the pool, table tennis, Jacuzzi, games room and much much more.

Hallway: A large welcoming entrance hall which leads you to the stairs to the first floor,& stairs to the lower ground floor, door to the second bedroom, cloakroom & door to the kitchen, lounge area & terraces.
Bed 1: A luxury guest SUITE with double bed, en-suite shower room, lounge area, TV (with TV box for all channels), A/C, ceiling fans, electric blinds, private patio, kitchen (sink, W/M, M/W, F/F), dining table and chairs, and a cosy OFFICE area with internet feed. 
Roof terrace – Covered seating area, Jacuzzi, sun loungers, and stunning views. 
Bed 2: A king size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, electric blackout blind, en-suite shower room, Views out to the Sea, pool, & patio doors to a terrace. 
Kitchen: Luxury fitted kitchen with siltstone worktops and island, 2 F/F, D/W, M/W, oven and hob, water filter, dining area, TV(with TV box for all channels), A/C, ceiling fan, double doors to lounge, patio doors to terrace. 
Lounge: Exceptionally large and airy room. A/C, ceiling fans, TV(with TV box for all channels), Juliet balcony overlooking the pool. 
Terrace: Shaded seating area under an electric awning, separate lounge seating areas, BBQ, and gated steps to pool and garden. 
Bed 3: Large room, with double bed, blackout curtains, A/C and celling fan. 
Family bathroom: Double ended bath, separate shower, blue tooth speaker system. 
Bed 4: Family room with 2 single beds plus one single bed which can be extended into a double (sleeps up to 4 people), blackout curtains, A/C and ceiling fan. 
Bed 5: Extra-large family room (sleeps 4), with its own private entrance from rear ground level (one double bed and 2 single beds), A/C and ceiling fan, blackout curtains, en-suite shower room, patio door to an enclosed outside area with an electric up and over door (incorporating a side entrance door), steps to pool/terrace and garden. 
Games room: Pool table, table football, family board games, library books for adults and children, colouring pens and pencils, children's toys, celling fans and TV(with TV box for all channels).  
Pool area: Access from the terrace and bedroom 5.Heated swimming 10X3.5 metre pool, table tennis, pool floats, float room (head restriction warning), electric sun awning above outdoor seating area, sun loungers, bali bed outside solar shower & door to car port.
