This Condo is Shore to Please, 1st floor ocean front with the waves lapping at your toes, you can enjoy all the signts and sounds and magnificent sunrises from the balcony



Relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from the new balcony (Completed 2023). You`ll have a great time at this comfortable first floor condo. Enjoy your own oceanfront balcony and the beach just a few steps out the door. There is a full kitchen to prepare your own meals or enjoy one of our local restaurants. Spend the night resting comfortably and still able to hear the sounds of the waves and the buoy bell. This condo is shore to please.



Topsail Reef Condominium Complex includes 2 coin/debit laundry rooms. Tennis and basket ball courts, cornhole boards are also available for your use at the complex.

Topsail Reef is a great place to enjoy the sights and sounds the ocean has to offer. it is not unusual to see dolphins, pelicans, sea gulls and the passing shrimp boat. We are also not far from Marine Corps base Camp Lejeune so you may hear `the sounds of freedom`, see a passing helicopter or osprey and if you are very lucky a naval ship on the horizon.



It is easy to get around on the island by car, but there is also a small convenience store and bar located within walking distance. They have nightly specials like karaoke or a paint night, drink specials, etc

the convince store has some basic supplies and also sells ice cream.



As you can see by the photos, this condominium complex is located right on the beach/ocean. This means you may not always have beach access directly in front of the building. The tide changes 4 times in a 24 hour period. (and not the same time every day) low to high every 6 hours.

There are also many other things that affect the tide like moon phase, wind direction and storms. Tide schedules are available online as well as in the guest book. If you are looking online you will need to look at the New River Inlet tide schedule.

There is no guarantee that you will have beach access at any given time.

If you would like to go to the beach during a period of high tide, I encourage you to use one of Onslow Co`s free beach access lot located nearby.
